KIRT BAILEY

President and CEO

Kirt Bailey has over 18 years of leadership experience in management and business development in the technology sector. Prior to joining Celio Corp, Mr. Bailey served as the director of strategic investments for Intel Capital where he led radio semiconductor investment in mobility markets worldwide. Prior to Intel Capital, Mr. Bailey was general manager of Intel's $100 million Network Components Division responsible for development, manufacture and distribution of Ethernet semiconductor components.

Mr. Bailey has served as an advisor and board member of numerous high-growth technology firms. He holds an MBA from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Brigham Young University.
